Arrange A Visit

Welcome – Booking your visit for your school or community group to Warning Zone could not be easier.

Outline of your day’s programme for you to be aware of, before you visit us.

  1. Firstly, your visit is an all-day event – you need to be here at 09.30am and make arrangements to leave at 2.30pm. All visits to Warning Zone finish at 2:30pm (please confirm this with your bus company on arranging your travel as this can affect your Warning Zone experience).

 

  1. Give Anne a call on 0116 262 9739 to discuss your preferred dates. We are now taking bookings for the 2021/22 academic year. Schools are booking a year in advance and we expect dates to go very fast – so please book early to avoid disappointment.

 

  1. Finally, we will email you shortly after your visit date is confirmed. You will then need to complete your booking form within two weeks of receiving it. We will finalise your booking in writing and you can arrange travel or transport.
